I finally got around to finishing this today…I’m not sure the doodle part works.  It started out to be a Technicolor face ala Sharon Tomlinson.   I chose  fairly neutral shades of craft paints and they didn’t work as well as the heavy body acrylics I used on the other faces. I also have been doing some pages in my experimental journal.

Here’s a spread in my experimental journal- #18….silly fun pages:

I almost forgot to post about this but Diane Salter over at “My Art Journal”  is having a giveaway.  I got acquainted with her about a year ago in an online art class we took at the same time…she is a talented mixed media artist…she has some prints to give away for her 100th post celebration…check it out!!!

I must say I love your Moleskine face, ánd the doodles. The colors are really wonderful, not too bright but still very lively. Yes, I love it ! And for the silly faces, they are fun too, sometimes paintings like that can lead to totally different work. If not, you’ve had fun 😉

This face is one of my favorites! I love the doodles, the colors, everything about it. And the silly faces are fun too. Sometimes it’s just good to let go and play.

I really like the decoration in the hair.
    That can’t have been easy
