Art Journal – Hurry Up Spring!

This page started with blue and yellow acrylic paint.  If I could do it over, I wouldn’t use the India Ink because it smeared in a few places.  I finished with Caran d’Ache water soluble crayons.  I read somewhere that those are referred to as “big girl crayons.”  They do look very similar to the familiar Crayola Crayons.  The big flower was taken from an old issue of Ideals Magazine.
