I almost didn’t post this one.  You can’t be happy with everything you do, but here it is.  It is what it is   I had a thought as I was looking at this page…create calm even when you feel like the bars of life are holding you down or something in your life is pressing in on you…try and create a calm moment and reflect on your next move.
